If so, how do I do it? Every time I try, they turn out hard & dry. But I saw a lady in New York who’s very good @ scrambling eggs in the microwave & making them seem stove-cooked. I just moved into this new apartment, & the landlord hasn’t fixed the stove yet. All I can use is the microwave for now.
